Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! I am so very excited to be back after a busy summer working on our hobby farm. I hope everyone had a wonderful summer and are ready to start a productive year. The following are the only supplies your student will need this year. They are:

 

• One folder with pockets

• Pencils

• 2 glue sticks

• 2 boxes of tissues

• Deodorant

• Toothbrush, a toothbrush holder and toothpaste

• A package of flushable wipes

• A pair of scissors

• A set of gym clothes (t-shirt and shorts)

• A set of extra clothing

• Laundry detergent and dryer sheets if your student does their laundry at school

The class will be going out on a minimum of two community outings per month. I am requesting your support on starting your student off with a sum of money (ex. $20-$30) that is kept in their ledger (which is housed in the High School safe). The students will use this money toward our numerous outings. Each student will be responsible for balancing their ledger, requesting more funds from you (with a reason why) and making deposits (with assistance when needed). My goal is to teach money management and awareness to your child.
